I have this bad habit of grinding my teeth and came across teether and I think it could help me to actually have something to chew when I'm little. But the thing is I'm wearing braces and am afraid it might lead to problems like braces getting stuck or worse, chewing on one might get my teeth crooked again... any idea whether it is okay for me to get a teether ? 😔

Hollow silicone teethers should be OK. Best bet would be to ask ur orthadontist. If u dont want to ask about a teether specifically you can tell them u grind ur teeth and chew on things when ur nervous or stressed and want to know what would and wouldn't damage ur teeth or braces.
