Littlespace is not a good “coping mechanism”, and using it to avoid getting help by a professional who can help you overcome these issues is dangerous to your long-term mental health. A good, qualified therapist can help you manage, or even completely overcome, anxiety without you needing to do something abnormal in public spaces (which, clearly, is currently only really contributing to your anxiety when you think about it).
