Lively Green Smoothie
What you will need:
- 1 1/2 cups spinach / kale mix
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 1/2 cups frozen pineapple
- 1/2 cup apple
- 2 cups almond milk
- 1 cup ice
- 1 tbs agave nectar or honey
- 1 tbs chia seeds
- Splash of water, if too thick
Blend ingredients in high power blender & enjoy!
