Red Lobster’s; Lobster and Langostino Pizza is good. (Plus their rolls)
Longhorn Steakhouse; Parmesan Crusted Chicken is super tasty.
Oh, and character ice would be cute.

All these suggestions are great! I'd like a top your own waffle/pancake bar and make your own sundae bar. I'm surprised no one said cupcakes!

I love these, I think a lot of it would be customizable, potential build your own stations for things.
There would be a lot of snacks, like apple slices and peanut butter or carrot sticks. Maybe even some animal crackers or teddy grams.
Definitely nuggies, mac and cheese, mini pizzas, spaghetti and meatballs, sandwiches where you can have them cut however you like, like grilled cheese and tomato soup!
Maybe a breakfast bar with cereal, waffles and pancakes (in different shapes)
Juices, milks, smoothies, milkshakes, boba, hot chocolate, (maybe a tea party room!)
Sundae bar, cupcakes, cookies, brownies, candy
I think there would need to be a lot of nostalgic comfort foods, but also atmosphere would play a huge part of it! I would love it if this became a thing

A lot of these skew to the kind of things you'd see on kids menus for kids with really narrow palates. I think something that would be a good addition would be comfort foods, for whatever cultures are predominant in the area. Like for most of America stuff like chicken soup/matzoh ball soup/chicken and dumplings, meatloaf, various things that are really common in the midwest/south like casseroles and red beans and rice...the kind of stuff your mom/grandmom would make. So maybe also stuff like spaghetti and meatballs, pierogis, dolma etc. For desert there's lots of sweets and pastries from different cultures.

But also I really like eating different kids of stuff! I was both super picky as a kid and I lived somewhere that was culturally homogenous, so I didn't have the options to eat a wide variety of things. I think I enjoy eating many different things too much to go back to only boxed mac and cheese and frozen dino nuggets.

I think it would be really fun to have desserts from all different places and cultures. Sometimes new food can be intimidating, but it's hard to be intimidated by dessert!

Also allergy-friendly, vegan and gluten-free options!

Hmm, maybe some sort of fondue?? With veggies, bread, veggie or chicken nuggets
Or like littles charcuterie boards.. with various finger foods and dips.
