I have seen a few people mention Love Nikki Dress Up Queen, and have recently started playing it. It is a free to play mobile quest based story line dress up app/game.

I do enjoy it, but the social side is missing. If there are 4 or 5 of us minimum playing I would not mind forming a Stylist/Association (guild/sharing) specifically for CGs and littles. Respond or PM if interested. Or, if not enough people to do that we can still be friends and share things online.

Well, if we can find 3-4 other people I have no problem starting an association.

You are right about the artificial lower limit on characters. I know it is in place to suppress ME TOO comments, but it is annoying to have to add text for no reason

I love that game! I think I'm in the second world/district/level/whatever you want to call it. I haven't played it in a bit but it's a good chill game.

My friend turned me on to this game a few weeks ago - it's so cute! Even though I'm terrible at figuring out what'll give me the points I need. Making cute outfits is fun enough!

Take a look at https://ln.nikkis.info it will take your clothing and tell you what is best for which stage. Of course that means you have to either uplad your wardobe or manually input it, but it is useful when you just don't know what you need
