Tips on coming out of little space?

Hi, I was wondering if anyone has good methods for coming out of little space? I never have a problem going into it but always tend to have difficulties coming out.

@babygirlmadi20 Maybe a song or a keyword to help if you're alone. Like maybe set the song UpTo an alarm so it plays and helps you leave the space. Not sure if that would help. If you're with someone then they should know you well enough to help you pull out by saying things to help you gently slide out of the zone

@babygirlmadi20 I hope it helps, if not I'll see if I can wrack my brain for any other ideas to help with that. It's so important to have that when solo cause you need to be safe without a CG to watch over you
