I was always thinking that you can be called Little only if you have age reggression.

But now I am not sure if it fits for all the Littles.

Can you be a Little just because your mental age is younger than your biological age??

What does it mean to be a Little then?

I struggled with this for a while too because a lot of content creators live a lifestyle that is age regression and AB etc.
However, being little does not necessarily mean you become another person. It's a coping mechanism, and sort of a headspace. The resources page helps a lot with this
