Potty training littles

My question is, how to potty train a little? How do I make them more comfortable?

You don't. They are still adults and should know how to go to the restroom on their own. If they don't then they need to be in a state facility and not a CGL relationship. If the little currently does not use diapers or whatever, then you cannot force them to do so. If the little uses diapers and doesn't want to be 'potty-trained' then you can't force them in that either.

If wearing diapers 24/7 maybe start with good absorbant training pants during the day and diapers at night to start with.
