You don't. They are still adults and should know how to go to the restroom on their own. If they don't then they need to be in a state facility and not a CGL relationship. If the little currently does not use diapers or whatever, then you cannot force them to do so. If the little uses diapers and doesn't want to be 'potty-trained' then you can't force them in that either.
