Hi I'm bunnybee and my daddy is at work while I'm having a full meltdown and tantrum. What do yall do when you are having big emotions and can't handle it but can't be with your daddy/mommy/cg?
Any advice is appreciated thank you

To be honest it depends on the little. For instance....
Big me is very very easily distracted. So my little me often hug my stuffed animal or hid in a dark spots of my littlespace because of sensory overload. I like to go under my weighted blanket for the comforting pressure across my whole body. So really it depends on the littles way of dealing with discomfort (blanket, pacifier, stuffed animal, dark spots..)

I forgotten to mention it generally takes about 2minutes before I'm asleep or distracted by something else. Use something that doesn't require prep work to do and you can set aside where u can see it at all times. Hopefully this helps.
