I spend most of my time being the caregiver for myself, my cats and also helping my fiance with most things. I get burnt out easily since I work full time. I've been trying to maintain balance between the two by journaling with different colours.
So far I have:
  • making a weekly and daily hourly schedule, with a chore list included in a special binder
  • A list of toys and things that I want when in littlespace
  • comfort item to keep on hand at all times incase little slips out when in caregiver to cope
  • list of possible rewards
  • favs list
