Recently I’ve been having a lot of trouble getting into little space, I’ll get everything ready ( toys, crayons, onesie, pacifier) but I just can’t seem to get into little space. This is a fairly new problem for me, every time I set stuff up I was always able to regress. So I’m wondering if anyone else has experienced something similar.
And if you have what ways have you found that make it easier to slip into little space when it’s difficult to do so?
Sometimes for me if im generally stressed its hard for to get into littlespace. So what helps me is I have my little things with me but I don't necessarily plan on sipping in littlespace, like I'll sit on my play mat with my suffies and a paci and maybe just journal or paint, just relax in general then sometime go into littlespace. I give myself a good space for being little so if it happens I'm ready to be little but if it doesn't its okay too because I got to spend time doing things that also make me happy. Good luck!!!
I have kind of a similar problem as @Squishyaligator and this response helped me! Definitely more relaxing and feels natural to just sink in slowly and do things that feel little, rather than try to force it for me.
