I realised that I have to work out my days in energy not time.
If I feel I have more energy, I do more.
But I find I can push myself into doing so much that it then gets overwhelming and I don’t carry it forward.
So I’ve tried things like the pomodoro technique, small timed activities with regular breaks - it’s not for everyone but I’m getting on with it so far.

I am going to try some rewards systems for self care as I dissociate and it gets forgotten sometimes xx
