Snack Suggestions?? And Binky alternatives?

Hello! :bye:

I'm fairly new at being a Little and I have digestion issues. I was wondering if there were any Little snacks you guys could suggest to someone who gets indigestion from literally everything they eat.

Also, I am a closeted Little and I think a binky/paci would really help me regress better but I don't know how to either get one in secret or if there's something I could use as a substitute instead of my thumb. I have never been a thumb sucker the concept has always been a little weird to me 😅.

Any incognito bottle suggestions?

Thanks,
Ren!

Can't help on your indigestion. But what if you got a teether? Like this :pheart: https://www.etsy.com/listing/811033882/ ... ck=1&frs=1 or this one :pheart: https://www.etsy.com/listing/819283634/ ... ch_click=1 Or what if you got a hiding place for your binky like this? :pheart: https://www.etsy.com/listing/842380243/ ... e_12&crt=1
:pinkh: And what if you got a contigo bottle that has silicone sippy mouth piece? It looks like normal but you know its what you use in little space.

For snacks, I would suggest plain animal crackers. If you can manage, iced or sprinkle ones are also nice, but the plain or plain chocolate ones are super cute! They make me little ::3:
Cut up non-acidic fruits are good too. Where I live, there are these little snack sets that have cut up fruits and string cheese and chocolate covered pretzels and cheese cubes. You could make your own and put them on a cute plate! (If you want to look up what I'm talking about search Foodles) :stuffie:

As for paci alternatives, I know lots of littles (closeted or not) that use teethers or chewy stim toys. You can buy baby ones from the dollar store, or tough pretty ones from etsy. You can usually find some in your interests too! Dinos, unicorns, pride flags, you name it.
Here's a super basic cheap one: https://www.etsy.com/listing/705033215/ ... ck=1&bes=1
Here's a cooler one: https://www.etsy.com/listing/686131002/ ... ck=1&bes=1

Bottle-wise I would super suggest a water bottle with a cute design or with a sippy lid. Gatorade makes ones that you suck on and they look totally normal. Walmart has dollar ones with characters sometimes. I also like if they have built in straws. :pinkh:
