Does anyone else SOMETIMES regress younger than usual?

I do sometimes! Most of the time I'm a big kid or teen, but sometimes, and I don't really know why, I'll become like, five or six years old, and all I want is my sippy cup and to color.

When I regress younger than usual (Toddler range I think) I get bratty (no caregiver) when I am told to do something I don’t want to do (I can be VERY sassy when I want to be, even out of headspace). All I do is (I think as sometimes I forget that I regressed). I talk properly, as I don’t want to get scolded for not using “proper” English, so I just make random sound effects and run around making them.

I’m also sensitive as it is and I cry when told not to do something.

Sometimes I find myself regressing smaller than usual for sure! It tends to happen when I’ve had an especially stressful day or am not in the best mood, I don’t know why exactly, but I always find myself feeling my littlest if I’ve had a bit of a yucky day.
