i've been in a relationship with my spouse for the past 8 years, since we were 13 and I don't want to be in a relationship with him anymore.
we're engaged and have been living together since we were 16.
i've always been the one that keeps care of us, the house, bills etc and he's become super codependent on me. I feel guilty for wanting to end things and whenever I think about it or try to, I just don't.
Any advice?
We've tried communicating so many times but things don't last for long.

Okay so in response to this post, we have broken up. It was both mutual and wasn't as scary as I thought it would be.
