I've only ever had one caregiver (who was a bit toxic and got mad about everything that I did)
It’s okay to not be overly experienced in relationships, regardless of the Caregiver/Little dynamic involved.
Take the time to understand and be well with yourself and who you are first. A good starting place in the community is understanding the basic foundations, which can be found through our resource articles.
