  My need to help others grow and develop, my fondness for rules and structure, my inclination to teach, my nurturing and protective side.

  Common METHODS I use are: redirection, explaining impact and consequences of transgressions, applying natural consequences, removal of privileges, spanking. It's a spectrum - not just punishment since the root of the word "discipline" is TEACH, I prefer to do that first
• What are rewards or reward methods you enjoy providing?
  positive reinforcement of behaviours I like (praise, written notes), extra time together, doing a favourite activity together, cooking her favourite meal

Bumpity bumpity bump... Have had it up for a month with no response so it's time to give it a bump. Also, and not just to meet the minimum characters, I do have some new content - I'd further characterize myself as a "Gentle Daddy" vs "Dom Daddy". I still believe in rules, discipline and enforcement to help my girl be the best she can be, but my methods to achieve this are more in the realm of discussion, redirection and teaching.
