I finaly got the courage to tell my boyfriend about my little space and I was so scared to tell him and without hesitation, he accepted my little space. I don't think he fully understands why I do it and how it helps but he accepts it and didn't judge me and that was more than I would have ever hoped for.
he is the first person I have ever told about my little space but I am soo happy that I did now I hope I can get the courage to tell others or just find a friend who truly understands
