I would be very careful with that, actual baby pacifiers can be really bad for adult teeth, they're not really made to accommodate adult jaw strength. There are plenty of online stores that can make them at relatively affordable cost though.

Yes! Very often during the day when I feel worse, but usually until I fall asleep, they help me calm down. I used to suck my thumb, but it often hurt my skin, so I bought regular pacifiers for babies and decorated them myself
