Wearing adult diapers is often associated with being a little or an adult baby and not as much commonly seen in Caregivers. If you wear diapers for a health/medical reason or just out of preference do you feel that the community has a difficult time understanding why you're not a little? Do you feel pressured to give up your Caregiver role at times due to the expectations of being regressed?
