Do you have any fantasies, or even thought about trying? Only way I can think of, go to a website giving out free test diapers. Wear them, and explore. It's not for everyone though. Just be patient and take it slow
The only way I can say to know for sure is to test them out. Find a site that offers free samples or even buy some cheap ones at the store and give them a try. I would say wear them first, then if still comfortable try wetting, and after a while if still okay with them maybe messing? It really is going to depend on you and your comfort level.
