I like it as a form of stress relief connected to the concept of regression therapy.

Sometimes is just nice to give up control of life. Just to go back to where it all began and have someone care for you and you don't have to worry about anything. Being able to give up all control and have not a care in the world is the best feeling ever!

I love being an AB, because it allows me to get away from the harsh violence in the world, and completly lose myself in my mind, ignoring any pain and suffering, and instead embracing the wonderful world of what was lost. Its a great feeling....surrounding myself in technology and objects, scents, and sounds of back then, to totally throw myself back in time, almost into a lightheaded calmness as I realize there is nothing to be afraid of.....at least in the present, and just lock onto that moment.
