I find often that the right smells often take me into little space or help me feel comfortable and relaxed when I'm already in little space. For me the most potent one is the smell of baby powder. It just reminds me of being a toddler and it smells so fresh and clean. I also relate well with the smells of scented bubble bath, crayons, those flavor smelling markers, and hot chocolate.

Anyone else find that smells either good or bad help them feel little?

There are a lot of smells that put me in littlespace or make me feel little. Olfactory association of memories and feelings is actually statistically even stronger than a lot of the other senses relations to memories and feelings so it makes perfect sense to me.
For me, hot cocoa and buttered toast is a big one, as well as the smell of fresh hot cookies or cake. Also, the original scent of Mr. Bubble, and the smell of new toys or coloring books. But I actually love to take in scents and whatnot on a regular basis and I love scented stuff in general.

* Pink Sesame Street baby lotion
* Lavender Sesame Street baby wash
* Crayola crayons!
* Baby powder
* Bubblegum scents

For me, vanilla is one of the big ones. It's almost a 100% instantly regressive thing for me. I also really like the smell of freshly washed and dried blankets, if I'm fussy and need a nap, being put in a bed with blankets like that, and boom I'm a sleepy. Other than that, mint, flowery smells, colored pencils and books.

Oh yeah scents are a huge impact. I love fruit/ citrus smells, vanilla is just a favorite smell and puts me in a great mood. I can't stand the smell of rosemary and I'm not a huge fan of lavender. Lavender can only be a faint smell for me or it's to strong..
