I eat a lot of baby food, for both my IBS and to be in littlespace. I eat baby cereal for breakfast with maybe some fruit baby food, then a morning bottle, then another bottle of ensure or something at lunch, then for dinner I eat "adult" food. I'm trying to eat healthier but the mini m'n'm's are really getting to me lol

Plenty of fruits and veges. Some breads and plenty of grains. I am quite carnivourus. But i prefer a simple diet. A small rare steak, with a pile of cherry tomatos on cottage cheese, and a fruit granola, with a large glass of milk juice or coffee to wash it down
