I love my pacifier . It's a regular baby pacier. I am Super happy when I have it. I have always enjoyed it and it seems to sooth my anxiety. However i do not get anxiety when I dont have it. I enjoy using it as a huge part of my little time. :pacy: I

Heylo!!
I use a pacy cause my regression age is around 2-3 most of the time ( sometimes 5-6 when I wanna have more fun cx ). I have 3 which I’ve all bought them at the local store. The one thing I would suggest is to make sure the part you put in your mouth, that that part is flat ( not the circular one ). It’ll be better for your teeth and mouth agape.
Good luck !!

I have a paci! In fact I have two! Both of them were gifted to me by my Little best friend! One is a powder blue, and the other is gold and sparkly! I love them. I don't get to use them as often as I'd like due to not being alone, but when I do use it, I love it! I don't think you're too big for one! It doesn't hurt to try it out. Worse comes to worse, you don't like it! And if you do, you have fun with it! Don't let anyone tell you you're too big for anything!

I use a paci. I have 2 of them. They are both adult pacis that were given to me. I recommend ordering them online and not using a baby paci. I have not tried to use my pacifiers when going to bed yet though. I recommend then highly though. It doesn't matter your little age if you want a paci.

Firstly, you're never too old for a paci. I have multiple pacis. Some are just the regular baby size ones that you find at Walmart but my favorite pacis i ordered online from this website-> https://www.littleforbig.com/product-ca ... pacifiers/

I do have a paci. Right now I use pacis that are made for real little babies so theyre a little small but i get them at target. Im currently saving up for adult pacis. I find them on amazon or etsy. Youre never too old for pacis! Theyre amazing.

I have two pacis that I got from etsy and a few that I got from onesiesdownunder. I decorated my yellow paci myself using deco whip and a little plastic moon and some plastic stars. I like mine a lot but I can't use them that much because of the fact that I have a roommate.

I love my paci its pink and white kinda plain but it's an adult one. Having used both an adult size 7 nuk and a toddlers size 3 I have to say the size 7 is so much better. It's much more comfortable to use a paci sized correctly for your mouth than one that isn't. I loved the toddler one but it would give me jaw cramps and was hard to keep in my mouth. The larger one I can fall asleep with it in my mouth and sometimes wake up with it still there if I haven't' tossed and turned to much.

Little for Big is good and Pacifiers R US offers a huge range too. The down side is they are expensive...worth it in my mind anyway but expensive.

Anyway here is my old toddler one and my newer adult one (think it's form baby pants) side by side so you can see the difference

Even if it doesn't necessarily fit with your little age, I'd say just do whatever you're into or makes you feel comfortable. Personally, I'm not into pacis though I've never tried. I do like sippy cups, but I very rarely use them. I don't really get a chance to either though

I actually just discovered my little side and the first thing I did was get a paci. At first Daddy was a little uncomfortable with it but he now realizes that it helps me. I suffer from anxiety as well and having the paci helps. I can't be without it when I'm home and in my little mindset.
