Looking for a really simple recipe for sweets, or a perfect caregiver/little kitchen project? These chocolate truffles are really easy and fun to make!

Ingredients:

200g cream cheese
350g icing/confectioners' sugar
500g plain chocolate (melted)

Method:

Beat the cream cheese until smooth.
Gradually beat in the icing sugar.
Stir in the melted chocolate until the mixture is smooth and free of streaks.
Refrigerate for an hour, then roll into balls.

Makes approx. 60 one-inch balls.
