Simplest Peanut Butter Cookies EVER!!!

I don't know about you guys but I LOVE cookies!! All types of cookies and I have a recipe for peanut butter cookies that are only 3 ingredients!!! Yes you heard right!! ONLY 3!!! Thought I'd share this amazingly simple recipe, hope y'all like it!
Peanut Butter Cookies
1 cup Peanut Butter (smooth or crunchy)
1cup white sugar
1 egg
A little bit of flour for dusting (optional)
Instructions
Preheat the oven for 350° F
Mix the sugar and the egg together until smooth then add the peanut butter, mix until combined. Now you can do 2 things from here, you can scoop the dough with a spoon and roll them into a ball or you can do what I do! I roll the dough on a flat clean surface that is lightly dusted (with flour) and grab my favorite unicorn or cat cookie cutter
!! After you place the balls or unicorns on an ungreased cookie sheet then pop em in the oven and bake for 8 - 10 minutes.
This recipe makes 10 to 15 cookies.
