I listen to calming instrumental music as q sort of go-to for when I'm feeling anxious or need to relax for bed. Part of my self care and relaxation is having some time for littlespace and lullabies/soothing music helps me a lot!
I especially like this playlist on Spotify: Sleeping in a Fairy Garden
Also I like to looks up music box covers of favourite songs haha and!! There's an app called Medito that has guided meditation recording for stress relief, sleep, etc., as well as caling music and nature sounds!
I unfortunately can't listen to mainstream lullaby melodies without feeling very silly, so I try to find niche songs that are very lullaby-like. My favorite is Flying Dreams from the OST of the film "The Secret of NIMH." If you haven't heard it, please give it a listen. It's such a lovely song.
