Well, everybody encounters situations where individuality has to be set aside for a bit? It sounds like your situation is quite temporary, and although unpleasant, it will come to pass.

Just, do the obvious and try to have time for yourself where you can relax? Try and set times up where you don’t have to take care of anything and such, where you can potentially regress.

If there isn’t any private place in your home then you could go out to a park, go out with friends, just have leisurely activities to unwind a bit.

We mean, we apologize that we don’t understand what you’re asking for.

Hey! I live alone and have to go to classes at uni everyday, do the laundry and do big adult stuff every day, sometimes I just wake up feeling little and if I have a busy day ahead of me I make a plan to leave an entire day of the weekend to just do little activities! I try to plan ahead of time what I want to do and fun things I look forward to so that doing the big stuff doesn’t get too overwhelming :) I hope this helps! Good luck!

Yeah, I have to go to class and such too, so I usually try and take an hour in the evenings to relax and be little. Watch cartoons, and draw, and stuff. That way I have something to look forward to while I'm doing big stuff throughout the day.
