What is being middle or adult teen regressor like to you?

Hi, I don’t see a lot of topics about middles. I am in a teen-ish mindset most of the time. I was just wondering what is being middle or teen like to you? Is it possible to be middle, but occasionally regress younger?

I tend to be both a middle and a little. Middle me never got over her angsty, all black phase. She idolizes movies like Jawbreaker and other 90s movies.
I think its definitely possible to be both.
