I guess it's a get together where you're free to be openly little. I assume everybody attending is either a little themselves or are very accepting of littles. Like a be yourself type of thing where you can be goofy and childish with out somebody getting pissy or eyerolling on you.
Really though like any party so you should ask the host about what the party might consist of like what you're going to be doing exactly at the party, if you should bring something to the party like snacks or music or games, and if there's a dress code for it so you know if you need to wear little clothes or pjs or regular clothes or what. Maybe also ask about how many other people will be there so you have an idea of how comfy you're going to be.
