Experience typically comes with time. I guess, I have a question for you is: What kind of information are you looking for specifically? Because, each little is different and typically there isn't one answer on how to treat your little.
I don't have experience from your side, but I have experience from the little side. I've been with both "experienced" and "no experience" grown-ups... everyone has their own way of approaching things. As a little, I'm not looking anything more than a grown-up who is authentic and real, who truly enjoys having their little around. Everything else works itself out!
