So I told both my roommates that I might be a little (because I'm still unsure if that's actually what's going on in my mind). But they both understood! Saying what I described sounded like how I behave when I'm tired/sick/stressed. One of my roommates was talking about alcohol. Saying she could make me a drink, but stopped and asked "how old are you right now?" Which really relieaved me that she was so quick to accept and even make sure she was not going to give alcohol to little me.
