Question!! Is it against the rules to put filters on it if it's colored digitally? There's one on the coloring app I use that makes it look shiny and super pretty but i'm not sure if that counts as coloring or editing it too much

daddy helped me pick the colors this time, i hope you guys like it! i used my colorful markers again, i know it leaves lines in the design but i kinda like it and it helps me relax hehe i love this time of year!
